Meeting clients where they are in their design journey is most important. For that reason, no matter the service- I offer flexible and transparent service tiers in efforts to set early expectations and get the most out of our collective time, efforts and investment.

REVIEW TIERS

SERVICE TIER OVERVIEW

  • The Early may way is tailored towards the client who wants a high-end result without the stress of managing the process.

    What's Included:

    • Concept-to-completion project management

    • Custom millwork, lighting, textile, and window treatment design

    • Procurement, tracking, and delivery management

    • Installation Day: White-glove setup and final styling

    Deliverable: A fully finished, "magazine/photo-ready" space.

    Investment: Client pays design service minimum + % of project spend (defined at final approval of proposal)

  • The Early May Blueprint is designed for those who want a professional look but is willing to handle ordering and assembly themselves.

    What's Included:

    • Mood boards for visual direction.

    • Floor plans with specific furniture placement.

    • Access to furniture, lighting, and rugs.

    • One round of revisions.

    Deliverable: A comprehensive digital "Design Package" they can execute at their own pace.

    Investment: 50% of Design Service minimum + ad-hoc hourly (if hours worked exceeds design service minimum)

  • This option is for those who need light design direction and guidance for their space without the hands-on support from a designer.

    What's Included:

    • 90-minute on-site or virtual consultation

    • Paint color palette recommendations

    • Furniture layout ideas and spatial advice

    • Quick-win styling tips for existing decor

    Deliverable:Summary PDF with notes and a "Next Steps" checklist

    Investment: $250 *initial consultation fee + hourly rate for additional services (upon client sign-off)
