BEHIND THE DESIGN
Est. in 2025 Early May Design studio was founded by Teylour Guinn “Interior Experience Designer & stylist” The name “early May” derives from the idea of blooming, intentional living and honoring the connection between time and spaces. Throughout the Pacific Northwest and virtually, Early Mays’ design expertise spans across Residential INTERIOR Design & styling, wardrobe styling, event styling, and hospitality / experiential design.

Our mission at Early May is to guide clients toward creating spaces that feel personalized and highly considered.
Be it your home, workspace, investment property, or even your wardrobe…Our approach remains the same: Each project begins with a story and we use that narrative as our north star, guiding us toward making the most intentional design decisions each step of the way!
and In the end that story is revealed through the contents that make up the space, leaving “it” (The Space) to tell your story just as intended!
The studio offers three service tiers designed to algn with your investment level and overall needs in mind.

“The Early May Handoff “ is for those who need light design direction and guidance for their space without the hands-on support from a designer.
What's Included:
90-minute on-site or virtual consultation
Paint color palette recommendations
Furniture layout ideas and spatial advice
Quick-win styling tips for existing decor
Deliverable:Summary PDF with notes and a "Next Steps" checklist
Investment: $250 *initial consultation fee + hourly rate for additional services (upon client sign-off)

“The Early May Blueprint” is designed for those who want a professional look but is willing to handle ordering and assembly themselves.
What's Included:
Mood boards for visual direction.
Floor plans with specific furniture placement.
Access to furniture, lighting, and rugs.
One round of revisions.
Deliverable: A comprehensive digital "Design Package" they can execute at their own pace.
Investment: 50% of Design Service minimum + ad-hoc hourly (if hours worked exceeds design service minimum)

The White Glove end-end experience!
What's Included:
Concept-to-completion design and project management
Custom millwork, lighting, textile, and window treatment design
Procurement, tracking, and delivery management
Installation Day: White-glove setup and final styling
Deliverable: A fully completed, highly curated space.
Investment: Client pays design Consultation feel design service minimum + % of project spend/budget (defined at final approval of proposal)
